Training Course
9 November - 21 December 2025 | Schloss Glarisegg, Switzerland
Facilitating Climate Dialogue is a 2 module training course to empower you to open and lead transformative dialogue spaces within your communities and working contexts.
You will learn facilitation methods and principles to design and hold collective group processes
that adress the complexity and urgency of our contemporary times. We embark on a journey where we discover how to actively shape group processes to be inclusive, authentic and emergent.
Informed by our diverse background in climate dialogue we look at ways to strengthen inner resilience and group containers, to be able to look clearly at charged topics and respond to overwhelm in groups.
With a focus on testing and developing new approaches to meaningfully address the challenges of our time, we welcome you to our 2 module training course!
