#interlab+ – Toolbox for Intercultural Cooperation

Training Course

1-5 December 2025 | Warsaw, Poland

#interlab+ – Toolbox for Intercultural Cooperation offers a space to reflect on your own experiences, gain new perspectives, and experiment with practical methods.

Intro: Working across cultures can be both inspiring and demanding. Differences in communication styles, approaches to time, decision-making, or teamwork can easily lead to misunderstandings – yet they can also open the door to innovation and richer cooperation. Instead of leaving these dynamics to chance, it is worth developing awareness and strategies that make intercultural collaboration smoother and more enjoyable.

#interlab+ – Toolbox for Intercultural Cooperation offers a space to reflect on your own experiences, gain new perspectives, and experiment with practical methods. The training will not only help you deal with challenges more confidently but also give you the tools to fully benefit from the opportunities that diversity brings to international projects.

This training course will help you:

  • Recognize and manage biases that influence intercultural cooperation
  • Learn how to communicate empathically – expressing feelings and needs in an open, constructive way
  • Explore cultural dimensions and apply strategies to address differences and challenges arising from them
  • Celebrate diversity in a meaningful way during an evening of sharing, storytelling, and cultural exchange beyond stereotypes

Alongside the learning process, you will also:

  • Build new partnerships and networks for your Erasmus+ Youth or European Solidarity Corps projects
  • Discover Warsaw and get a taste of Polish culture through shared social and cultural activities

By the end of the training, you will leave with a ready-to-use “toolbox for intercultural cooperation” – practical methods and approaches that will help you reduce misunderstandings, strengthen positive collaboration, and make your international work more effective, enjoyable, and inspiring.
