TEC (Training and Evaluation Cycle)

The support trainings (TEC) for volunteers and Quality Label organisations is one of the key features of the European Solidarity Corps. In order to support the implementation of TEC, European Solidarity Corps Resource Centre provides a space for all the stakeholders to meet, to exchange and to develop tools to support quality in TEC activities.

SALTO ESC co-organises an annual international events “TEC Forum” in order to bring together trainers and National agency officers that are implementing the TEC learning cycle.

    One of the key features of the European Solidarity Corps is the training and evaluation it provides to participating organisations and participants. Firstly, guiding young participants through a non-formal learning process before, during and after their period of activity. Secondly, supporting Quality Label organisations in offering a qualitative frame for the experienceto take place.
