Digital well-being is an important dimension of Digital Transformation in European Solidarity Corps (ESC) volunteering. Mental health and well-being in digital contexts are pressing concerns for all young people, but especially for international volunteers, who may face disorientation and greater vulnerability during their projects. It is therefore essential to consider not only the potential risks of digital tools, but also the ways in which digital, both online and offline, can support their well-being, offering guidance, connection, and opportunities for reflection and resilience.
This webinar aims to help organizations navigate and balance these opportunities and risks to better support ESC volunteers.
We are very pleased that Ms. Oana Licu from the European Commission will open the meeting.
