Get Involved - Benefits of EVS Short Term

"Get Involved" is a flashy booklet produced by the Polish NA about the benefits of the EVS Short Term for young people with fewer opportunties. With lots of practical tips and inspiration to give it a go.

Short Term EVS (ST-EVS) projects are non-formal intercultural learning experiences for young people with little or no experience in travelling abroad. If you are working with young people with special needs, this booklet might give you some ideas on why EVS could be beneficial for your guys and girls. At the same time the booklet gives you some concrete tips on how to go about a European Voluntary Service project.

Download it here for free! SALTO does not have paper copies of this booklet. You could contact the Polish NA for more info about this booklet.

Get Involved was written in response to the needs of youth workers that needed user-friendly information about this EVS potential. The Get Involved guide gives you a general outline of the EVS-Short Term programme: its aims, the roles of the partners and the target group. Get Involved is a first step towards providing a potentially life-changing experience for the young people you are working with.
