EVS a Tool for Active Citizenship

The 3rd phase of the LTTC represents the last step of the LTTC "EVS a Tool for Active Citizenship", this training course is an opportunity to exchange tools, to evaluate the process and the outcomes of all the projects created during the first phase and the coaching, and to disseminate the knowledge of the European Voluntary Service, the Youth in Action Programme, the Euromed Programme within the Balearic youth population, using the experience acquired by the participants in a peer to peer condition and empowering the youth active citizenship.

This LTTC has counted with the participation of EVS project managers from Euromed Countries and E.U. countries, and EVS volunteers.

This third phase in divided in two blocks:
1. Evaluation and exchange of tools and good practices on EVS project within the Youth in Action and Euromed programmes.
2. Dissemination and diffusion of the European Voluntary Service and the Youth Active Citizenship and the outcomes obtained during the different phases of the LTTC.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

1. To evaluate the tools used in the first phase and during the coaching by the hosting and sending organization and the volunteers, and develop innovative and qualitative tools in the implementation and realization of EVS Project with Euromed & E.U. youth organizations and volunteers.

2. Offer new opportunities to increase the number of EVS Project with organizations from Euromed countries.

3. To continue offering qualitative training that warranties the success in the realization of new projects.

4. To reinforce the strategy of the European Commission regarding the Euromed Programme, empowering the cooperation between E.U. Youth organizations and Youth organizations from Euromed countries.

5. Establishing networking between the different partners of this LTTC in order to spread the experience, good practices and tools managed during the different phases of their projects.

7. To disseminate the knowledge, good practices, tools, values, active citizenship and volunteers experience between the young people and the society of the Balearic Island.

METHODOLOGY:

The methodology to use during this 3rd phase of the LTTC is obviously following the criteria of training of SALTO-YOUTH Euromed R.C. based on non formal education method, plus active and practical workshops that allows the participants to achieve as much as possible during the training. We will analyse and reflect on the different steps done in the first phase and the coaching.
The trainer's team is preparing a method very interactive, provoking interaction, where every session will be a rich experience for the participants.

TARGET GROUP
All the participants involved in the 1st phase and the coaching phases. Project managers and volunteers involved in the full process of the LTTC.
