Main projects from 2003 – 2008
• Long term Training of Trainers for European Youth projects – Interkulturelles Zentrum Vienna/National Agancies of the YOUTH Programme – involvement as trainer in six editions of this training course in the framework of the YOUTH programme 2001 – 2010 One year international training course with three residential seminars – a project phase – and ongoing e-learning.
• ATTE – Advanced training for trainers in Europe – a two years training program for experienced trainers in Europe aiming to increase the quality of European training programs – within the framework of the partnership agreement between the European Commission and the Council of Europe 2002 – 2003 Five residential seminars, two project phases and ongoing e-learning. Involved as trainer and responsible for e-learning.
• Motivation Project – a two years research project in co-operation with the University of Leiden on motivational problems of disadvantaged youngsters. Elements: research in five institutes/ literature research/ training courses/ implementation of projects. As a result of the project a book has been published and a training manual for professionals, working with these youngsters. Training projects are carried out at the moment 2001 – 2004 Involved as trainer/ responsible for implementation and advisor of projects/ developer of training modules/ co-author of book ‘Get Going’
