TRAINER’S EXPERIENCE:
I started to work as a trainer in 2008, mainly supporting the activities of SFERA Movement and Nizhny Novgorod Voluntary Service.
Since 2012 I am a member of Council of Europe Pool of trainers.

EVS training cycle organised with a support of SALTO EECA:
I was involved as a trainer or co-trainer to EVS trainings in Russia (several times a years from 2008 till 2011):
- Pre-departure trainings and final evaluation meetings for Russian EVS volunteers participating in the different projects all around European Union
- On-arrival trainings and mid-term evaluation meetings for EVS volunteers doing EVS in SFERA or in other NGOs.
