Ieva Grundsteine (Female & Latvian) was born in 1981 and is currently living in Latvia. The trainer has been involved in several training activities such as TC on EuroMed cooperation "Do it with EuroMed!" in Kegums, Latvia and TC "EVS - Think Europanly, act locally!" in Dilijan, Armenia and Training course on EVS for beginners "Good EVS – Good Preparation!" in Tbilisi, Georgia .

My approach to being a professional in the field is that only practice makes the master! So, it is highly important for a trainer to be willing to take new challenges, to be able to learn from experience and later to know how to share it with others.

- 1993-now: Experience of being a participant in many different NFE/youth projects (including many training courses (also ToTs), PBAs and seminars)

INTERCULTURAL EXPERIENCE:
- In total around 7 years of my life I have been living abroad (studying, doing EVS, working, traveling, etc.)
