Current occupation
I'm a freelance trainer, facilitator, coach, mentor, coordinator and project manager in Erasmus+ and ESC field.
Work experience
Before starting in the EU programmes' world, my experience in non-formal education passed through facilitating educational activities in the cultural field (museums and cultural institutions).
In 2015 I facilitate my first Youth Exchange and started as mentor of volunteers. Gradually I passed to EVS/ESC coordinator, coordinator of mentors, project manager facilitator and trainer.
All projects focused on inclusion, arts and culture, environmental protection and rural areas.
Currently, other than the coordination of ESC projects and actors (volunteers and mentors), I'm coordinating a KA2 (2023-2026) and a KA1 (2025-2026) on mobility projects for people with intellectual disabilities, being also a trainer for project managers, mentors and youth workers.

Educational pathway
My formal education passed through a Degree in Art History and a Master in Heritage and Culture, worked in 'my previous life' in museums and cultural institutions, that deepen my passion in art and culture.
My official non-formal education started in 2012 with Leonardo daVinci internship, then Youth Exchanges and EVS project.
As professional, since 2015 I developed training in project management, coaching, mentoring, volunteering management, coordination of teams, and mainly inclusion, throught Trainings with National Agencies, SALTO and through cooperation projects with other European Organisations.
All the Trainings and projects done contributed to my personal and professional development, being a follower of life-long learning also for myself. The sharing of experiences and peer-learning is one of the most fruitful methods.
