Work experience

As an independent trainer and facilitator since 2018, my work spans three thematic clusters:
1. democratic participation and advocacy (youth participation, campaigning, co-management, local budget analysis);

3. EU integration and policy literacy (EU accession, information resilience, policy research).

Former institutional collaborators include:
- National Youth Council of Moldova (CNTM)
- National Youth Agency of Moldova (ANT)
- AEGEE-Europe – European Students Forum
- JEF Europe / Young European Federalists
- UNFPA Moldova
- UNICEF Moldova
- AO Media-Guard, AO CPR, AO PERSPECTIVA, AO ProBono, AO STUDEM

Educational pathway

My formal education includes a Bachelor of Laws from Moldova State University, with a thesis focused on Civil Society and the State in the context of Moldova's EU accession, and an ongoing Master’s in Public Administration, specialising in policy analysis and governance — both providing the theoretical and legal grounding that underpins my policy research and facilitation practice.

On the non-formal side, key milestones include the Swedish Institute Leadership Lab (2024), Strategic Communication at the School of Journalism of Moldova (2024), and accreditation as a Project Evaluator through Euro Best Team România (2025). My early background in Accountancy and Economics also proved valuable in developing budget monitoring competencies.

These experiences reflect a consistent effort to connect formal knowledge with practical application — in policy work, training design, and facilitation.
