Work experience

organizational development professional across youth, public, academic, and international sectors. My main training areas include leadership, communication, teamwork, soft skills, career development, public speaking, organizational development, youth participation, and personal growth.

I have designed and delivered interactive training programmes for young people, students, professionals, public servants, and teams in Georgia and international settings. My experience includes leadership and teamwork programmes, career guidance, public speaking, Model United Nations and debate, emotional intelligence, resilience, project development, active citizenship, and professional skills development.

As former National President of AIESEC in Georgia and UN Youth Representative of Georgia, I have facilitated learning processes, coordinated youth programmes, supported international teams, and worked with diverse groups and stakeholders. I have also contributed to youth policy, international cooperation, donor-funded projects, and capacity-building initiatives.

Currently, I work as a freelance trainer and consultant, Assistant Professor, and Founder of GONI Academy, where I develop learner-centred programmes for young people, educational institutions, organizations, and teams. In the near future, I plan to expand my international training practice, particularly within Erasmus+, youth work, leadership development, soft skills, and organizational learning.

Educational pathway

My educational background combines law, public administration, leadership, and organizational development. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Public Administration, and I am currently a PhD candidate in Public Administration, researching transformational leadership, generational diversity, and management practices in the public sector. As an Assistant Professor, I continuously strengthen my expertise in learning design, facilitation, and adult learning.

My non-formal and international learning journey has been equally important. I have participated in Erasmus+, SALTO, Eurodesk, AIESEC, and UN learning initiatives, as well as numerous international training courses, seminars, and conferences. I completed the Sustainable Governance in the European Union programme at Malmö University (Sweden) and participated in international study visits and mobility programmes, including a Youth Work Study Visit in Estonia, a doctoral mobility at the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain), and an academic mobility at St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo (Bulgaria).

These experiences have strengthened my competencies in non-formal education, facilitation, experiential learning, youth participation, intercultural dialogue, leadership, and training design. They have shaped my learner-centred approach and reinforced my belief that meaningful learning happens through participation, reflection, and practical application. I continuously invest in my professional development to bring innovative methods and international perspectives into every training I facilitate.
