An easy way to find a trainer for your international training activities in the youth field. Training organisers can search the TOY profiles of an increasing number of experienced youth trainers. Trainers can promote their trainer skills in the TOY database.

The TOY-database lists experienced international trainers from the youth field. They have been working as trainers on several international training activities before, as you can see in their TOY profile. TOY is a simple tool to find the most appropriate trainers for your international youth training activity.

You are a trainer?

If you are an experienced youth trainer yourself (minimum 3 international youth-related training courses as a full-time trainer) you can create your own TOY profile here. You can easily create a TOY username and password, which does not only gives you access to your TOY profile, but also to other functionalities on the SALTO website. Before you will be listed in TOY, you will need to provide references for 3 relevant international youth (work) training courses (read more about this here).

Getting things straight

• Important to know is that SALTO can not 100% guarantee the quality of all trainers. That's why the TOY profiles contain references which you can contact to find out more about the trainers and their skills.
• It is up to you to negotiate the contract for a training course, but you could get inspired by the trainers fee system used by SALTO.
