• Design and deliver in-person and virtual trainings for youth organisations, international development organisations, social impact organisations, and civil society organisations, with a focus on youth and adult leadership, conflict resolution, inclusion, organizational devleopment, communication, and wellbeing.
• Co-developed the Insider Mediation manual with European and African partners for Search for Common Ground, resulting in trained mediators across continents preventing violence and mitigating the impact of conflict.
• Developed a Social-Emotional and Mental Health for Youth toolkit and video training series for FHI 360; built staff capacity to support youth across regions.
• Designed and facilitated a Youth and Disability Support training-of-trainers series.
• Trained 40+ professors, university staff, and youth in intercultural dialogue to strengthen campus conflict resolution efforts and relations across diverse identities.
• Designed and co-facilitated a global training programme on equity in the sector for 100+ young climate entrepreneurs from 10 countries.
• Led conflict resolution seminars and workshops for young civil society and grassroots changemakers from Europe, Latin America, and Asia, leading to over 400 young leaders improving their capacity to manage disagreements collaboratively.
• Developed a blended-learning strategic communications curriculum for a 10,000+ person donor agency workforce; facilitated trainings in Peru, Thailand, and virtually across five regions.
• Organised a peacebuilding summit in Uganda, connecting 40 young leaders from 12 countries to reduce conflict escalation.
• Designed and led a Canadian-funded Design Thinking training-of-trainers in Jordan, enabling 100+ community leaders to develop community-based family health programmes based on inclusive principles.
• Directed the Community Leadership Institute, a blended-learning curriculum and network that trained 1,000+ young leaders from nearly 100 countries on governance, civic engagement, and social change; partnered these youth with 300+ civil society organisations, strengthening their ability to effectively implement grassroots and institutional change. Led multiple training programs as part of this initiative.
