To identify “next" practices on cultural diversity in youth work

Description of the tool

Each participant is asked to prepare 2 posters:
The 1st flip chart paper provides the following information about the organisation:
-Name
-Mission
-Role (e.g. chairman, employed, volunteer, youth worker, trainer etc..)
- Main activities (local and/or international)

The 2nd flip chart paper provides information about 1 “next practice” of the organisation on “cultural diversity” as:
-Typology (e.g. project, activity, method, methodology, approach, etc..)
-Target group
-Aims and objectives
-Short description
-Results expected

Participants can use the material they brought from home to prepare their posters.

After making the posters the room is arranged as a market square.

The room is divided into 2 parts: A and B. For the first 20 minutes the pax that have their “shop” in the part A go to “visit” the part B. Pax of part B can give short presentation and/or answer questions. In the following 20 minutes B side visits A.
