Description of the tool

The session starts with the shearing of participants. They were ask to bring an object symbolizing creativity and present it explaining why it is a symbol of creativity. Due to this searing the group got an impression what is creativity for different people and how it may be perceived. The input by participants is followed by the input from the team on the nature of creativity, review of different theories (please see downloads). As the home task before the training participants were asked to work out their definition of creativity, so they could share and compair it with those developed by researchers and work out commmon understanding of creativity. Using the model of pentagon (please see downloads) ask participants to reflect personally on each of the five points of context of participants with regard to “employ” creativity.
