The projectmanagner, who is she or he? What is the profile? What are the concrete steps in a project?How shall a projectmanager manage his team? How can a projectmanager coach a project? In this training course you will find answers on these questions.
The trainings course "You, the Projectmanager?" is an two module training course. The 1st module "Projectmanagement" will take place from the 1st to 2nd March 2012. This module will tackle the different steps of a project, from conceptualising, to implementing and evaluating the project. The 2nd module "Projectcoach" is compulsory and will take place from 29th to 30th March 2012. The training course aim to give you tools and methods how to help young people and NGO's to implement their project. What is the role of the coach in the project? How shall the coach react in different situations? These questions are going to be tackled during the seminar. NOTE: TO TAKE PART THE 2nd MODULE OF THIS TRAINING COURSE, THE 1st MODULE IS MANDATORY!

Costs

This project is financed by the Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. Please contact your NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
