NA Network TCs Support Quality in European Youth Projects

As far as I understand...

As one instrument for supporting the development of quality in the training strategies of the National Agencies for Youth in Action, the SALTO Training and Co-operation RC co-ordinates and develops the so-called NA Network Training Courses.

On an annual basis, roughly 600 youth workers are trained in ca. 25 courses. SALTO co-operates with ca. 30 European trainers and several host National Agencies in implementing the courses. The training courses are financed by the Training and Co-operation Plans budget of the NAs; the NAs recruit, select, prepare and Follow up the participants at a national level.
