Work experience
My recent work combines training, project management, youth work and educational development. As a lecturer at the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic, I deliver professional development seminars for teachers. I also teach languages, facilitate educational activities and develop workshops on leadership, communication, teamwork and youth participation.
Since 2024, I have coordinated European Solidarity Corps volunteers, supporting intercultural learning, personal development and community engagement. As coordinator of the Karviná Youth Council and director of Laniakea, o.p.s., I organise youth initiatives, develop educational projects and cooperate with local and international partners.
In the coming months, I will continue delivering workshops and educational activities, coordinating community and youth projects, and developing new learning opportunities. I am particularly interested in non-formal education, intercultural learning, active citizenship, communication, leadership and inclusion. I am also keen to collaborate with international training teams, exchange methodologies and further develop my competences as a trainer.

Educational pathway
My formal education combines humanities, languages and management, which strongly shapes my work as a trainer. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Romance Languages and Translation, followed by Master’s studies in Economics, Management and Marketing. This background helps me connect communication skills with practical project and organisational work.
