Manual
This handbook describes the methodology of an Erasmus+ TC focused on partnership building, exchange of good practices and development of new projects, which was implemented in Czech Republic in 2025.
The aim of the handbook is to share the methodology and experience from the Unite for Change project so other facilitators can find inspiration and potentially replicate similar networking activities. The main aim of the project was to support collaboration and partnership-building among youth workers through structured peer-learning and networking exercises and support them in developing common international projects.
This handbook was developed as an outcome of a successful international networking project for youth workers. During the four-day programme, participants engaged in structured activities designed to foster collaboration, share good practices, and develop joint project ideas.
The positive feedback from participants encouraged us to share this resource with other facilitators, trainers, and organisations. Our aim is to make our approach, activities, and methodologies accessible to
anyone interested in running similar programmes.
Inside, you will find a detailed, session-by-session guide covering preparation, materials, timing, facilitation tips, and step-by-step instructions that you can use as inspiration for your own activities.
