To enable the participants to get acquainted with the training
To provide a space to explore, comment, give feedback and ask questions about the program

Description of the tool

Each program block is printed out on an A4 paper earlier. The program elements serving for similar aims are printed on the same color. The program is then put on the floor as a whole by explaining each session. When the whole program is built, the participants are invited to walk on it and asked the following questions:
1-Which part of the program is most exciting for you?
2-Is there any part that is unclear?
3-Do you feel comfortable with this program?
4-Do you miss anything?
After reflecting on the program, the whole thing on the floor is scotched and hanged on the wall. The program is kept in the plenary until the end of the training and this way, it also saves time to write the daily program on the flip chart every morning?

Comments

  • It takes a while to print out the programme elements on A4 papers, so necessary time should be given to preparation.
