Exercise
Energy, dining, water, transport, and awareness raising are five areas that participants can audit during the activity to consider their environmental and sustainable aspects.
The main aim of this activity is to encourage discussion and sharing on various aspects of the environment and sustainability in the context of organizations, cities or communities.
The activity can be adjusted to the needs of cities, companies or small organisations. It can be realized individually, in pairs or in groups.
The participants work individually or in pairs.
Each participant or group received a copy of the audit.
During a set time limit, the participants go through the questions and try to answer them.
After answering them, they are asked about the areas that they would like to change and identify five steps leading to the change.
Note: If participants represent the same organisation, they can do the audit individually and reflect on the differences and/or similarities regarding the areas to improve.
If participants represent different organisations and cities, they can reflect on their differences and seek ways of transferring good working practices from one place to another.
