We find that awareness and reflection are very important in the healing process, so we compiled this booklet to assist the learning and exploration of one's inner world, values, and patterns, that define or affect our lives.

Aims of the tool

- to cultivate curiosity and the desire to know oneself better;
- to assist young people in raising awareness about their needs;
- to help build deeper connections;

Description of the tool

This booklet contains questions (or some variation of it) that we usually use during our training courses about mental health and well-being. It helps people start from the basics and better understand their roots, and their deeper and often hidden needs, to discover what values they truly live by and hopefully become more aware of where lies the causes of the struggles they’re facing.
