Aims of the tool

- to provide the basic information regarding the nature of stress
-Provide educators and young people with the stress-management tools for personal everyday use
-Learn how mindfulness can contribute to eliminating stress
-provide the readers with some tools for time-management
- to give information about emotional intelligence
- Share good practices in stress management in education and youth work.

Description of the tool

This publication is a collection of methods and practices for stress-managmenet and self care for youth workers and young people.
It contains some theoretical information related to the nature of stress as well as the domains which can help in addressing stress on a daily basis such as: mindfulness, time-management, emotional intelligence, creative tools etc.
Besides that, this publication can serve as a toolbox for those who would like to focus on self-care in their lives and address the issue of stress one way or another.
The last but not least, it contains some of the practices which educators and youth workers can use in order to address the issue of stress with young people.
