This is an excel file that will make the work of everyone that manages a youth project much easier. It helps to better manage the budget plan, budget spendings, travel and organizational costs, store information about participants, tasks, deadlines etc.

The aim of the tool is to help youth workers, trainers and organize to better manage the budget and administrative tasks of organizing a project within Erasmus+ program for youth.
