Aims of the tool

The Guidebook was made for the purpose of dissemination of the project results and in order to archieve following objectives:
To increase awareness about Healthy Lifestyle in the frame of Global Responsibility among youth workers
To empowering youth workers with knowledge, tools, resources and material about Healthy Lifestyle in the frame of Global Responsibility
To understand better Healthy Lifestyle and Global Responsibility and act as multipliers on these issues

Global Responsibility and tips on Sustainable Living
How to read tags on the products
List of dangerous additives
Tips from the participants about Healthy Lifestyle in the frame of Global Responsibility
Sport tips
Healthy recipes from the participating countries
