The Monologue tool is about a character that faces confusion of taking decision and should be convinced at end by someone.

- helps you to reflect your thoughts within conflict situation
- deepen the understanding of your beliefs and doubts
- identify the surrounding environment elements

Description of the tool

Step by Step process:
The workshop starts with explanation of the tool
-Presenting an example with 5 participants (one main character in the middle and 4 persons around standing as they represent psychological tempos).
-The participants will be divided in groups of 5 persons
-Each group will be given a conflict situation related to youth work or similar topics
-The main character will choose the emotions/ physiological moods to play around him/her
-The action start by the main character when state his/her conflict situation
-Participants will be asked to rotate positions with the character in the middle
-Evaluation/feedback and short discussion how the tool can be developed
