This tool has been developed for a session on ETS Competence Model. This tool was created so Trainers could develop creative and playful methods for a practical development tool on
* Individual level,
* Trainer team level
* Trainerpool level.

Aims of the tool

To create practical tools for trainers to use of the ETS Competence Model and to make trainers think about how they themselves can use the ETS Competence model as a development tool.

Description of the tool

These cards are a deconstruction of the ETS Competence Model:
* Competences
* Criteria

The printed papers should be cut into separate cards. These cards can be used in many ways to focus on more specific part of the Competence Model. Some tools that have been developed during our meeting, will also be published in this toolbox. These cards can be used to create new tools for trainers and faciltators.
