Summary of the project: General problem is in several countries and regions the case of the unemployed youngsters. How a youth worker can help in this situation? What can we offer and what are the new methods to show the young people how they can work out the needed strategies? How can we help to them to build up their future? We build the process to the sharing the western and eastern experiences with the involvement of organisations from Eastern Europe and Caucasus countries. Profile of the future participants • Learning oriented person • Previous experience in working with unemployed youngsters • Who aim to develop their skills in designing development process • To have the potential and will to develop activities after the course • To show initiative and willingness “directing” their own learning process • To be open to work in intercultural activities • Motivated to contribute in the training course • Competently able to work in English language • Able to attend full duration of training course Deadline of the first round of application: 30 May, 2013 We are looking for partner organizations who meet the following requirements: • EU Member States, Candidate countries for accession to the EU, Eastern Europe and Caucasus (EECA) • Active work with young unemployed people • Organises or plans to organise projects based on the East-West cooperation Please send the attached project agreement to the toviskes.imre@humannet.hu e-mail!

The HUMAN-NET Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Human Resources Development Foundation has been dealing with the supply of professionals in the region, examining and analysing them - notably the newly graduated professionals’ situation and opportunities - from different angles and according to different structures since its establishment in 1996.
The main goal of the founders was to help the economic and social development of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County without the interference of the government and political parties, as an independent organisation. The main focus has been the development of the county’s human resources.

Costs

Planned fee: The participation fee is 50€ for the participants from EU member state countries and 25€ for those from other countries. We reimburse the 70% of the international travel cost and the 100% of the visa by transfer after the training. The insurance costs are covered by the participants. The other costs are covered by the organiser.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
