HUMAN-NET Foundation (Youth NGO)
The HUMAN-NET Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Human Resources Development Foundation has been dealing with the supply of professionals in the region, examining and analysing them - notably the newly graduated professionals’ situation and opportunities - from different angles and according to different structures since its establishment in 1996.
The main goal of the founders was to help the economic and social development of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County without the interference of the government and political parties, as an independent organisation. The main focus has been the development of the county’s human resources.
Our mission:
„The development of the region’s intellectual capital with committed, highly qualified young professionals at European skill level and with diverse language skills, who will be actively involved in the implementation of the development process.”
Our core values
• Commitment to quality
• Professional authenticity, independence
• Commitment to the region’s development
• Commitment to European integration
• Wide range cooperation, „bridge” role
• Partner-oriented thinking
Our strategic goals
• To facilitate the development of the region, mainly the development of regional human resources.
• To become a „centre” for young professionals, university or college students, to help their entrance to the labour market, and to distribute information, skills, opportunities, that will help their integration.
• Active participation in the European integration process.
• The distribution of the „commitment to quality” conception as a core value to young professionals, to cooperating organisations and to the NGO sector.
