To provide youth trainers working in intercultural settings with some tools, reflections and concepts to better plan, run and evaluate training activities.

Description of the tool

* The manual starts by offering some approaches of the context of training in intercultural contexts, the role of the trainer and of intercultural learning in training.
The second chapter gives an overview of various aspects of teamwork.
The third and fourth chapter give an extensive list of hints and suggestions to manage the training project from the planning to the evaluation.
The fith chapter addresses more specically the long-term impact of training.
