The main goal of the project is to increase the level of awareness in the area of global education and sustainable development among Europeans.
During the workshop, participants will go to an in-depth process of exploring global topics and how to apply “think global, act local” motto in their own lives and organizations by acquire new alternative methods for making awareness and a change in their lives (and organizations). Different tools and method will be explored and can be used further on in their activities with their target groups and in non-formal education of their colleagues. The course is based on experiential learning – during the learning process participants will work on and analyze some if the problems and concepts and they will need to practically situations by themselves. Thus, the participants will both understand interconnections between different social processes and improve their professional skills. Expected outputs (especially in terms of the learning outcomes for the participants) Participants Learners of the workshop will: - Acquire new skills and knowledge about global education, sustainable development, volunteering, etc; - Be equipped with the different tools of global education; - Be able to implement global perspective in their work and in their everyday reality (to think globally and act locally); - Improve their communication, leadership and teamwork skills; - Develop a proactive and assertive attitude to global differences and challenges - Increase their level of active participation in social processes and change their attitudes; - Transfer gained knowledge and skills into new initiatives and projects; - Develop new international partnerships and cooperation; - Develop new local projects incorporating sustainable development topics; - Have a greater understanding of intercultural learning as a powerful tool to develop tolerance.

A.R.T. Fusion is a young organisation that tries to offer a realistic perspective over the struggling problems of our Romanian society nowadays. We want to change the attitudes of the people in our community, together with other society members, to help find solutions to the problems that the community is facing.

A.R.T. Fusion’s Objectives:
- Giving a wider access to information, projects and programmes of personal and/or general interest for comunity members as long as these actions prove to be necessary for a harmonious personality development in our global society.
- Rising the degree of involvement of the target group in socio-cultural and artistically activities that are necessary for harmonious personal growth.
- Stimulating a pro-social attitude in comunity members;

Methods and activities:
- non-formal and global education
- social theatre : forum theatre, invisible theatre, street theatre, improvisation theatre;
- street animation: clowning, joggling, poi-poi, balloon making, flash-mobs;
- music, dance, photography, spots, films;
- international projects (youth exchanges, seminars, trainings, EVS);
