Profile of the participants: - Young people or youth leaders migrants of with migrant background involved in organizations (or willing to be involved in such projects); - Basic knowledge and some experience on implementing Youth in Action program; - English basic knowledge is needed (reflection and conversations); - Motivated people to develop and follow-up this topic within their organization Objectives of the training course: - To create a space to reflect about the impact of migration flows in Europe (why do people migrate?; different influences on the person, the original community and the hosting country; challenges and opportunities of migration); - To build a bridge between past experiences and present challenges of migrant communities (building personal and community identity through migration experiences – historical memory); - To empower young people to develop projects among organizations in the framework of Youth in Action Program (how to tackle migration issues in a inclusive way, showcase of best practices, sharing project ideas and partner finding).
