The training course “Paths to working life” is aimed to develop youth workers skills to use Youth in Action programme especially European voluntary service (action 2) in their work.
The training course “Paths to working life” is aimed to develop youth workers skills to use Youth in Action programme especially European voluntary service (action 2) in their work. • To bring together people working with unemployed young people (respecting the fact that young people can face unemployment due to very different reasons) • provide practical learning opportunities for participants to reflect on their work with unemployed young people and learn about youth unemployment in different European countries • enhance cooperation and future cooperation within Youth in action –especially European voluntary service action 2 in the context of the social inclusion by providing space and time for developing ideas for future projects as result of the training course • promote young people’s mobility and support their employability Profile of participants: 1. Youth workers /or people from other relevant areas (such as social work, employment fields etc) directly working with unemployed young people and social inclusion and motivated, interested in the topic. 2. Having possibility within their organization to set up projects 3. Being able to understand and communicate in (international) English as working language of the training course. 4. Having understanding and knowledge about YiA-programme (own experience/materials from NA)
