Training Course

The aim of the project "Our Challenges-Our Future" is to promote active citizenship among youth and to motivate young people across Europe to take initiative in making decision processes in their local communities and work on intercultural dialogue.
This project/training course will gather in total of 30 participants from 6 countries. Partner organizations are that will be involved in this project are: Macedonia, Italy, Romania, Turkey, Lithuania and Albania. The trainers will use non formal education by implementing, enforcing and educating about team work, communication (verbal and non verbal), intercultural dialogue, project cycle management, developing the project, public relations, projects promotions, mapping projects fund offer by donors, searching partners, anticipating risks during implementation of project, etc. An open discussion working method will be used, as well as group work,role plays, individual work as tolls to actively involve all the participants.
During the Training Course we will organize a regional tour, which will offer organized meetings with local and international NGOs active in the field of youth projects.

Costs
This project is financed by the Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the host promoter. Except the 30% of the travel ticket will be covered by the participants themselves.
Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
