Training Course

14-21 November 2010 | Budapest, CEU (Central European University), Hungary

HRES shall help youth leaders to optimize their people management skills. An international team of trainers supports your skills in HR strategic planning, change management, motivational techniques, conflict management, group dynamics and coaching.
In the course of this training you will... 1. learn to develop and implement HR strategies for your local student group. 2. get an insight into current motivational theories and the tools of both teambuilding and coaching. 3. be able to apply the techniques of strategic planning and change management at local level. 4. get a glimpse of the big and fascinating world of youth participation at European level. * If you already dispose of some first experience with either board work or local projects or you just want to get involved... * If you feel you are motivated to improve the HR situation of your local, but you don’t know where to start... * If you are really passionate about empowering others and about of making the best out of teams in your local group... The HRES is organised by a) the AEGEE-Academy, the AEGEE Working Group concerned with HR management of the organisation, and b) AEGEE-Budapest, the local AEGEE group in the capital of Hungary.

AEGEE (Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l’Europe / European Students’ Forum) is a student organisation that promotes co-operation, communication and integration amongst young people in Europe. As a non-governmental, politically independent and non-profit organisation AEGEE is open to students and young professionals from all faculties and disciplines – today it counts 15.000 members, active in more than 240 university cities in 43 European countries, making it the biggest interdisciplinary student association in Europe.
