Starting Blocks for Inclusion - contact making for volunteering opportunities

Partnership-building Activity

18-23 March 2013 | UK, United Kingdom

To highlight European volunteering possibilities through sport, whilst promoting social inclusion and diversity.
This ‘contact making seminar’ in the UK looks to build on last year’s legacy of the Olympics. We would like to increase the momentum, interest and uptake of European volunteering opportunities through sport. The seminar will empower new comers to the Youth in Action Programme through the sharing of good practice. For the experienced and NGO’s already engaged in European Voluntary Service the seminar will offer an opportunity to share the benefits and to establish new opportunities for partnership through sport.
