This opportunity for information, education and training of the youth of the world on sustainable development, is a "think tank, exchange, experience sharing and technology transfer."
BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE The global crisis and youth employment has led to dramatic changes and impacts on the lives of people around the world on a global scale, which requires wearing away the voice of youth in the world in this case young people with fewer opportunities. No leader can excel in his field for missing training. The issue of employment and take initiative both in the countries of North and South with globalization and globalization requires special attention and support youth to realize their potential to make sustainable development possible, especially with members of youth organizations today and tomorrow. The youth of the world through actions that create positive change in the world is a solution of sustainable development and poverty reduction. But this would be impossible if the youth does not mobilize to launch an alarm to the international community through meetings and forums to make clear the future she wants. Young cultures together periodically, with the knowledge and know-how, knowledge, attitudes, experiences north-south or south-south through actions could collaboration or partnership, exchanges, training, education and technology transfer will yield more useful and effective vis-à-vis the social economy as productivity solidarity. In this cluster, their voices carry far; which will bring key decision makers in their book of spells and democratic development. A periodic meeting through a forum is an opportunity to give a chance to young people, especially those with fewer opportunities to seize opportunities more possible than ever for their development. The International Youth Forum on Sustainable Development to be held in Lomé from 8 to 18 February 2013 aims to bring together young partner countries Youth in Action Programme of the European Union to develop collaborations responsible actions between the youth of the world through training, conferences, debates and discussions. This forum will bring around a table youth and young politicians to take the path of youth far, taking into account the future she wants. It also aims to encourage young people in their sustainability initiative and new opportunities while taking into account the issue of young people with fewer opportunities. Our forum will consider the following actions:  Training  conferences - debates - exchange - Partnership of North-South and South-South  The youth meeting with their political authorities  The caravan of youth mobilization on Sustainable Development  Communication on opportunities for young people on sustainable development  The establishment of a place as "Youth of the World: The Future We Want" GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE FORUM This forum aims to bring together young partner countries Youth in Action Programme to develop collaborative activities among the youth of the world to enable them through training, conferences, debates, discussions and workshops to seize opportunities sustainable development. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES The International Youth Forum on Sustainable Development seeks the following specific objectives:  To mobilize, train, educate and educate 200 young partner countries Youth in Action Programme on Sustainable Development;  Train 200 young people especially who have fewer opportunities in administrative and financial management of an association and then editing and project management;  Establish a platform for the youth of the future she wants;  Develop and strengthen partnership activities north-south and south-south  Provide opportunities for young people to meet and discuss with the authorities and youth with experts from the European Union and United Nations;  elect an ambassador to promote the sustainable development of the environment with the trophy tree;  To raise awareness and educate the general public especially the youth on the importance of biodiversity conservation;  Encourage students to be more responsible and independent in their sustainability initiative. EXPECTED RESULTS At the end of the forum, • 200 young people from partner countries Youth in Action Programme are mobilized, trained, educated and awareness on sustainable development; • 200 young people especially who have fewer opportunities are trained in administrative and financial management of an association and then editing and project management; • A platform for the youth of the future she wants is implemented; • The shares of North-South partnerships and South-South are developed and strengthened; • Opportunities are provided for young people to meet and discuss with the authorities and youth with experts from the European Union and United Nations; • An ambassador is chosen to promote the sustainable development of the environment environment with the trophy tree 2013; • The general public especially the youth is educated and aware of the importance of biodiversity conservation; • Young people are encouraged to be more responsible and independent in their sustainability initiative.

Registration for participating in this forum is 795 euros. The registration fee includes:  Access to the forum  Access to training with media  Access to the conference with media  T-Shirt Forum  Lunches  breaks  Accommodation  Dinners  Transport during the forum in Lome  Access to miss the election ceremony for the award of the 2013 Green Tree  Access to the tour and sights Kpalimé to about 150 km from Lomé Ticket costs are the responsibility of the particpants.
