Even so the information is the same - in one case it brings inspiration and in the other - it doesn’t create anything? Somebody call it charisma, gift, we call it – “magic of communication”. You have the opportunity to get to know the magic of communication for 7 days in picturesque comfortable place in Ukrainian in international group. About Training The aim of the training: to develop your communication skills to improve the quality of your life . Communication is an important part of any work, including youth work. It is sharing of ideas and information between youngsters, youngsters and adults, between organizations, youngsters and organizations. This training is open to everyone, nevertheless our organization is working with youth and youth organizations what will represent most of the participants. In the same time in this training will be involved participants who are working in the other fields (like business or state institutions) what can create transmition of information and elaborate communication between youth and non-youth field to support the development of quality of youth work and allow youth workers to find partners and ideas for future projects with young people. The goals of the course are 1. to learn - the way you talk and your communication style; - lines of communication; - the tips for effective communication; - the steps need to do to interact with people productively; - different techniques of conversation; - secrets of nonverbal communication; - basic negotiation technique; 2. to practice - stage Talk; - making contact with strangers; - empathy and Technique active listening; - focusing on understanding the problem ; - techniques to help your partner understand you; - arguments based on the position of partner; - mastering of emotional state; - to convince the most recalcitrant and win the trust of the most distrustful; - manipulation and influence and skill to confront them in work; - nonverbal communication: body language, facial expressions and pantomime; - beginning of conversation, building clear questions and answers, to create ideas; - strategies for working with "difficult" interlocutor; - communication for solving problems in everyday life and at work. 3. to improve - conducting conversation; - skills of argumentation, objections and comments to persuade; - listening skills; Results of the training. This training enables you to discover your skills and talents to interact with the people, to experience and develop your communication style and to use learnt techniques in your active reality. In this training you will have the opportunity to discover more about your communication, what you are already capable of doing, your power, your full potential.
