What is TICTAC?
The TICTAC Training Course (TC) is built around long-term strategic planning and project cycle. The course covers all the actions of the Youth in Action programme with a special focus on the activities under Action 4.3 & 3.1 as support measures when building a strategic planning and a tool for quality improvement of youth projects.
For whom?
The TICTAC TC is designed for youth workers and youth leaders who have experienced an international event/activity (not necessarily under the YiA) coming from organisations that have the will to develop action 4.3 & 3.1 projects within a long term strategy.
When?
During the current period, the TICTAC training courses listed below are planned to take place. The NAs will recruit and select the participants; please check the details when you click on the relevant course.
The overall aim of the TICTAC TC is:
To develop participants' competences for implementing Action 4.3 & 3.1 projects, as support measures in an organization's long term strategy.
The specific objectives of the course are:
TICTAC and Youthpass
Implementation of Youthpass within TICTAC TC has a double dimension: participants not only assess their own learning outcomes, but also learn how to implement Youthpass in their own projects. This space for self-assessment is also linked with the concrete application of their new competences in their own realities through building a learning diary and a personal action plan.
Who run TICTAC?
The SALTO Training and Co-operation RC co-ordinates and monitors TICTAC TCs on behalf of the network of YiA National Agencies. The TCsare hosted by the NAs and are implemented by a trainers pool consisting of 4 European trainers: Jo Claeys, Gulesin Nemutlu, Ana da Silva, and Denis Morel.
