Methods to make the most of Inclusion projects

There are many methods and exercises that address the work with young people with fewer opportunities. SALTO Inclusion collects and develops them in an online Toolbox to make inclusion work easier.

Inclusion: Learning to swim
rather than being carried

From the SALTO Inclusion Training Courses...

The most obvious place for SALTO to get 'training tools' is at its training courses. All methods used at the Inclusion training courses are available in the SALTO Toolbox for Training. Credit should go to the trainers that have developed these training methodologies specially for the SALTO courses, but also to the participants who have contributed to the finetuning of these exercises or to the checklists coming out of the working groups.

SALTO Inclusion for All publications

Because it is not possible for everybody to participate in the SALTO Inclusion training courses, the SALTO Inclusion Resource Centre started to develop booklets based on the training courses, with the methods used at the training course, with background information and with many practical tips and tricks which make it easier for you to set up this super inclusion project with your young guys & girls.

Contribute your own Inclusion Tools !

However many other 'training tools' on Inclusion already exist. National Agencies, trainers and YOUTH programme beneficiaries for example developed a whole series of non-formal educational tools, which we would like to spread via the SALTO Toolbox for Training. You can submit training material online (simply register and login here) to share it with youth workers from all over Europe and beyond. Thanx a million !
