Methods & Exercises

A variety of methods and exercises target working with young people with fewer opportunities. SALTO Inclusion collects and develops them in an online Toolbox to make Inclusion work easier.

SALTO Inclusion Training Courses

Many of the methods used in the context of Inclusion Training Courses are available in the SALTO Toolbox for Training. Tools include training methods and exercises, useful checklists, training course reports, simulation games, PowerPoint presentations, and much more.

Credit should go to both the trainers that have developed SALTO-specific training methodologies, as well as to the participants who contributed to fine-tuning these exercises and developed checklists in working groups.

SALTO Publications

Not everybody is able to participate in SALTO Inclusion Training Courses, which is why we started to develop booklets based on the training courses. The booklets contain proven training methods, background information and many tips and tricks for setting up an awesome inclusion project with your guys and girls! Click here and start browsing.

Contribute your own Inclusion Tools

We are always on the lookout for new Inclusion Tools to promote via the SALTO Toolbox for Training. Anybody with a MySALTO Account can submit training material online and share it with youth workers across Europe and beyond. Click here and you’re good to go. Thanks a million!
