20-26 November 2009 | Slovak Republic

Aiming to train youth workers/volunteers from member organisations how to organize good youth exchanges with strong intercultural aspect.
We will provide basic framework to understand existing approaches to international teamwork, ICL, group dynamics in intercultural context, facilitation of ICL activities and ways of framing interculutrality Participants can expect very interactive and creative approach and not only learning new competencies, but also using them in practice with supervision and feedback from experienced team
