The French and German National Agencies of the YOUTH IN ACTION programme are organising a Training course with the aim to improve the quality of training and networking projects under the sub-actions 4.3 and 3.1 of the Youth in Action programme
The French and German National agencies of the Youth in action programme are organising a Training course with the aim to improve the quality of projects under the sub-actions 4.3 and 3.1 of the Youth in Action programme. • Profile of participants This training is adressed to :  Representatives of organisations who organised at least one Training and networking activity (Sub action 4.3 or 3.1).  Applicants could be project managers, trainers, youth workers, facilitators... of such projects  Applicants should come from Youth in Action programme countries • Working language : English • Main aim of the training : to train on the quality of Training and Networking projects (Actions 4.3 et 3.1) of the Youth in Action programme • Objectives of the training course  To improve qualitative elements of Training and Networking projects  To understand the 8 different activities of Training and Networking projects and their complementarity in the long term strategy of participants' organisations  To understand the global context of the Youth in Action programme • Practicalities  Accommodation will be in double rooms  • Deadlines  Application form has to be sent latest the 28 of February 2009 to your National Agency  Participants selected will be informed after the 15 of March 2009. • Main elements of the programme :  Partnership and collective building of a project  Coherence between objectives, programme and methods  Use of active methods and reflection  The intercultural dimension as a transversal element of a project and a programme  Specificities of the 8 different activities of Training and Networking projects  Reflection about the different activities as different steps of a global strategy  Political context and priorities of the Youth in Action programme and their link to the values of participants’ organisations  Recognition of Non Formal Education and experiment Youthpass as a recognition tool  Promotion follow up, dissemination and exploitation of results of Training and Networking projects • Team of trainers : - Annette Mütter (IKAB, Germany) - Denis Morel (Luciole, France) - Action 4.3 and TCP officers of French and German National Agencies

Travel, food and lodging will be covered by the National Agencies of the Youth in Action programme (hosting costs are covered by the French and German National Agency, travel costs can be covered by the sending National Agencies. Please check with your National Agency before applying)
