ATOQ - Advanced Training On Quality - Germany

Training Course

27 January - 1 February 2009 | Bonn, Germany

The training course is for voluntary and professional youth workers who should have organised and/or participated as a team-member in at least one international YOUTH exchange and plan to organise another.
The main aims and objectives for the ATOQ are: - To evaluate, in an individual and collective approach, the youth workers’ previous international youth exchange experience and its impact on participants. - To reflect on the content of a youth exchange (how to develop a thematic as a tool for intercultural learning; how to promote the active participation of young people before, during and after the exchange; how to include evaluation and follow-up in a youth exchange), - To deepen knowledge, skills and attitude in order to better organise a youth exchange. ATOQ can also provide: - Training on the major priorities of the YOUTH programme (anti-racism, risk prevention & crisis management, inclusion, sport as an educational tool, evaluation and follow-up...), - An opportunity to meet possible partner groups and to make contacts in other countries.
