Educational pathway
I hold master in cultural anthropology, which gives me a broad overview and theoretical background of topics connected to cultural diversity, gender related issues and mechanisms of discrimination. I have finished sexual education training and gained over 200 hours of experience teaching about sexuality. I have formal pedagogical education and I finished advanced course on trainers development at the University of Lodz. I took part in many international trainings connected to youth work, to mention just the most important for me: Comets - Competence Development European Training Startegy, Vienna 2018, Theater of the oppressed, Switzerland 2017, Turn on the theater, Poland 2017, Quality in projects management, Bonn 2008. I am involved in Youth in Action and Erasmus+ for more than 10 years now.
