I make learning exciting, practical, and unforgettable—whether for young people or those working with them.
With years of experience in youth work and training youth workers, I turn complex topics into interactive, hands-on experiences. From leadership to creativity, I ensure every session is engaging, meaningful, and full of real-world impact.
Let’s learn, grow, and create change together!

Full time expert at the Society and Enterprise Development Institute
I have over a decade of experience in youth work, training youth workers, and leading impactful projects at regional, national, and international levels. As the CEO of the Society and Enterprise Development Institute (SEDI), I design and implement projects that empower youth and youth workers in areas such as leadership, entrepreneurship, mentoring, and social inclusion.
I have coordinated Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, developed non-formal education methodologies, and facilitated training courses on motivation, teamwork, critical thinking, and youth participation. My work includes supporting youth with fewer opportunities, advocating for mental health awareness, and integrating innovative tools into youth work.
In the near future, I will continue to develop high-quality training programs, mentor youth workers, and foster international cooperation to enhance learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and impactful.
My education combines formal studies in politics, special education, and career counseling with non-formal training in mentoring, media literacy, and inclusive education—all of which directly shape my work as a trainer.
✔ Politics & International Studies (University of Warwick, UK) – Strengthened my understanding of civic engagement, leadership, and youth participation.
✔ Special Education Support Bachelor Studies (Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania) – Gave me expertise in working with youth with disabilities, inclusive education, and alternative communication technologies.
✔ Career Counseling & Guidance (200-hour certified program) – Developed my skills in career education, professional orientation, and coaching young people in their career paths.
✔ Media Literacy & Critical Thinking Training – Helped me equip young people and youth workers with tools to navigate misinformation and digital media responsibly.
✔ Time Management & Personal Development Training – Strengthened my ability to teach effective productivity and organizational skills.
✔ Language Learning & Communication – Certified in English (C1), Italian (A1), and Lithuanian Sign Language, enhancing my ability to connect with diverse learners.
These experiences are essential to my training work because they allow me to create engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences that address real-world challenges youth and youth workers face.
