Work experience

My work experience includes working with young people, families and communities. I have been involved in NGO work since 2010 and worked on the core topics such as: local democracy, social inclusion of young people from disadvantaged neighborhoods, life skills development and training, school democracy and youth participation. I have been cooperating with organizations such as: Georgian School Students' Unions' Alliance, Organising Bureau of European School Students Unions, Council of Europe (Youth and Education department), World Vision Georgia, Youth Social Rights Network, Children and Youth National Center in Georgia, Georgian Scout Movement.

Some highlights that I am proud of:

- I was one of the initiators of introducing inclusive youth work in Georgia;
-I am author of curricula in Youth Participation which I am currently teaching/facilitating at school;
- I am currently researching how youth work tools can contribute to the psychosocial rehabilitation of young people living and working on the streets;
- I have been a head trainer and course director of the long-term course for newcomers in youth work in Georgia (2015)
