I'm Silviu, I believe that the peace is one of the key secrets for a great life and for this reason I choose to work for acknowledging and developing it. After doing my Masters in Conflict Studies, I have been to personal development and coaching trainings in several countries as a participant, co-trainer or trainer (such as Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Germany, the Netherlands etc), I'm working in the NGO field since six years. Work experience

I worked in NGO field in the last 6 years, managing projects, Coordinating volunteers (including EVS volunteers). Also, I delivered workshops from the Personal Development area (counting Conflict mediation, Negotiation skills, Overcoming blaming and Getting out of the Victim roles were some of the main subject I had.), and entrepreneurship (making a business, setting up your brand).

Educational pathway

I've graduated from Political Science and then from a Master's in Conflict Management and Analysis. Recently, I was certified as Trainer and been going as participant/assistant in Personal Development trainings/workshops, as part of my non-formal education.
