I'm a trainer, originally from Ireland but currently based in Brussels. I have experience in government, consultancy & civil society. I'm a trainer with the Council of Europe and my expertise lies in socio-economic inequalities, homelessness & LGBTI equality.
I am also a certified coach, trained by the International Coaching Federation to the level of PCC. (Professional Certified Coach).

I have been a course Director with the Council of Europe Youth Department for the past five years. Training social workers on the intersection of human rights and social exclusion. Topics included developing advocacy strategies, delivering new services, building partnerships and developing policies on LGBTIQ youth homelessness.
I work with FEANTSA for the past 6 years. This is a European Umbrella Group for homeless services. We work with frontline services to share best practices and policies in the pursuit of ending homelessness. I organise the annual conference for 400 participants, organise peer reviews, trainings & seminars all aimed at sharing participant experiences to strengthen the sectors collective knowledge to prevent and end homelessness.
I am currently preparing a 4 month online training programme for homeless services on LGBTI inclusivity.
I also own my own coaching company, Colloquium Coaching, here I work with a mix of clients one to one, group coaching sessions and organisations to identify their goals and coach them towards success.
I have been trained in non-formal education by the Council of Europe Youth Department.
I also have the experience of being a participant in non-formal education and a Course Director for four study sessions in the last five years. Our latest study session has been cancelled due to Covid.
