Training methods used & main activities

All the training program has been based on Non Formal Education Activities based on the CoE - EU Framework of Human Rights Education EDC-HRE.

Outcomes of the activity

Every day there was a simple but meaningful evaluation activities focused on the objective
presented and expressed daily with a specific flipchart located in the activities room close to
the “program wall”, a big poster made by different parts and colours for every parts and
objectives of the program itself.
In the final activities of the program we provided the participants of different moments to
evaluate the entire project, with three specific activities, and namely a module to fulfill
provided by APY, a pizza-model where to address specific comments for the trainers and a
thermometer evaluation module that it has been used both for the mid term than for the final
evaluation, also to check specifically every single project objective. The general rate it has
been more than sufficient for the participants group characteristics and our expectations,
considered that the awareness about the topic it was very various for the participants and
the average result have been fitting our best expectations.
