Aims & objectives

The training was designed to help the participants understand their strengths, weaknesses, prejudices and models of behavior and improve them, if it is necessary, according to their future goals.
The training included:
- Goal setting
- Self-reflection sessions
- To find out the need of cultural understanding and how it correlates to personal development
- Personal development strategies and tools
- Intercultural preparation for the volunteers

Volunteers between 19-27 from Turkey, Italy, China, Brazil and Egypt
